Training - Coaching - Management GmbH, being responsible for collecting, processing and using data, undertake to protect the privacy of all persons using this offer and to treat their personal data as confidential. Our staff is committed to maintain the regulations of data security regularly. The basis for this are the legal provisions applicable hereto, like the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Telemedia Act (TMG).

Which data is collected and used when visiting the website?

You may visit our website without disclosing your personal details. We only store access data without personal references. When visiting our website data is collected and stored anonymously for marketing and optimization purposes, e.g. the name of your internet service provider; the site from where you are visiting us; the name of the requested file as well as the first two of the four number blocks of your IP-address. In doing so, no-one will be able to determine your identity.

In order to make the visit to our website attractive and to enable using specific information we use so-called cookies on various sites. These are small text files which are stored on your computer. You should treat your access data as confidential and close the browser window after finishing your communication. In doing so you make sure that no person other than you has access to your personal data in case you share the computer with other people.

How can I adjust, block or delete my personal data?

After logging in with your Email-address and your password you may inspect and edit your user information at any time in the secure area of the shop. Please contact us if you have forgotten your password or in case of any problems while logging in. In order to have your user information deleted kindly use the contact form.

You are entitled to information about your stored data free of charge as well as to have these data adjusted, blocked or deleted, if applicable. To do so, please contact the data protection officer of the company.
