Team

The team of MitMensch! consists of a core team of permanent trainers with different focuses. According to the customer's situation and basic conditions the core team is strengthened by long-time co-operation partners. It is a prerequisite for all our trainers and coaches to have a university degree or a completed professional education, an accredited business coach training, broad experience in training and consulting as well as additional training licenses. All MitMensch! trainers are multi-lingual and can support your employees in German, English, French, Italian, Polish and other languages.

With these basic requirements the MitMensch! GmbH guarantees a very high and at the same time business-oriented standard for all events. Depending on the target group, topic and company the trainer team can be assembled in an optimum way.

Main Coaches

Since founding MitMensch! in 1996, Dr. Nicole Jeannine Lehmann has been in charge of the team and has been managing the company since then.
