The MitMensch! team is formed of a core team of permanent trainers with different focuses. According to the customer situation and surrounding conditions the core team is strengthened by long-time co-operation partners. It is a basic condition for all our trainers and coaches to have a university degree or a completed professional education, an accredited business coach training, broad experience in training and consulting as well as additional training licences. All MitMensch! trainers are multi-lingual and can support your employees in German, English, French, Italian, Polish and other languages.

With these basic requirements the MitMensch! GmbH guarantees for all activities a high and business oriented standard. Depending on target group, topic and company the trainer team can be assembled in an optimal way.

After having founded MitMensch! in 1996, Dr. Nicole Jeannine Lehmann is in charge of the team and manages the company since then.
