Our main important milestones are:
| 2011 | Further development of the sector of HR-management: following intensive studies and supplemental development work it is eventually available, the scenario pilot HR for the field of HR-management: a tool for designing future and change competence for small companies and middle-sized enterprises. |

| 2010 | Founding member of the training academy of our professional organization BDVT Thus, all training participants who want to become a qualified trainer or business trainer are from now on able to obtain a certification by the professional organization along with our certificate by taking only one exam. |
