From left to right side: Matthias Husemann, Dietmar Ahle (all PaderHaus), Bernd Raffler (BDVT), Dr. Nicole J. Lehmann (MitMensch!), Hartmut Finke, Manfred Eggers, Jürgen Klawitter, Hermann Beller (all PaderHaus)
In the first week of February Dr. Lehmann has awarded the Communication Award 2006, founded by the regional training association BDVT. The Communication Award honours regional companies, who care particularly for their internal and external communication. The high number of small and midsize companies in our region, who care for their communication, made the jury’s decision difficult: Finally, the decision was made and the handcrafter cooperation PaderHaus has been elected for this award.

Dr. Nicole Jeannine Lehmann, coach and chairman of MitMensch! Training•Coaching•Management GmbH, who had been significantly involved in the development process, emphasized the personal commitment of all involved parties. Only by integrating all business units the daily communication between superiors and employees and also between the 13 cooperation partners can be effective and positive in the long run. This level of awareness, especially with handcrafters, is really unique. In addition to Dr. Lehmann’s laudation also Mr Petersen, the BDVT president, honoured the PaderHaus and its commitment for communication.

July 2005 - Again a group of Russian children visits Germany!

From the 24th of July until the 19th of August of this year a group of ten girls and ten boys from the surrounding of Tschernobyl will stay in Germany for a short recovery trip. The children suffer from thyroid complaints, malfunctions of their immune system, problems with the bones and they all are very small and thin regarding their age. In addition to their physical problems, they have to face also the economic ones: Many of the children have to grow up without their parents, with relatives or they have to live in an orphanage. In order to survive most of them has to work after school and to earn their own money.

During their stay in Germany the children have the possibility to recover, to live as a "normal" child in a healthy surrounding and to enjoy the nature, swimming and other things.

Since some time the MitMensch! team supports the children's stay with donations of new clothing, money and personal support. Also this year the budget is extremely small and the children can need every available support. Who has ever spend a day with this children, who has seen how modest, warm-hearted and friendly they are, will for sure help to fulfil their wishes as p.es. from a 12-year-old boy: a football.

November 2004 - "Deutscher Trainingspreis" in Silver is awarded to MitMensch!

Trainingspreis silber
Every year the professional association of German trainers and facilitators BDVT awards two of the most important prizes for trainers and facilitators. Therefore the jury this year had to assess more than 100 creative and successful concepts. At the end 20 institutes reached the final round and had the possibility to present their concepts first to the jury and on a second day to all visitors of the "ProSales" in Bamberg.

Smaller budgets, short training-time, more pressure to succeed, the call for more transparency regarding training and further education on the one hand and on the other hand the demand for quality standards are important aspects for all companies dealing with training and further education. The German Training-Award in different categories pays tribute to these requirements. The extensive check of all concepts is not only for the trainer himself but also for the whole profession an important signal. Thereby every year the basic conditions for qualified, participant-oriented and useful working are modified and controlled.

In the category "innovative concepts and target groups" the German company MitMensch! Training•Coaching•Management GmbH

All in all the jury has pointed out the high quality standards of all concepts in comparison to the last year. "This year we have seen more concepts we ourselves would buy", so the unanimous opinion of the jury, composed by experts of three European countries.

For the trainers and coaches from MitMensch! Training•Coaching•Management GmbH the actual award is already the second prize awarded by the BDVT: In 1999 MitMensch! received the Certificate of Excellence. The rewarding by the professional association is a clear signal that the MitMensch! philosophy is the right way to satisfy the customers' requests and at the same time also the professional demands and requirements.

May 2004 - And the "Product of the month" goes to ….. MitMensch!

news-p-d-m
"Treat men as if they already were what they potentially could be, thus, you help them becoming what they should be". ”MitMensch! TrainingCoachingManagement®” follows this classical saying. The enterprise with its head office in the technology Park of Paderborn received for its progressive und effective concept the award "product of the month". Major Heinz Paus und Sparkassen executive committee Hans Lavan congratulated at the opening presentation of the "product of the month" in the Sparkasse at the Hathumarstrasse Dr. Nicole Jeannine Lehmann, owner and chief trainer of the enterprise. The concept of the enterprise convinced the jury and shows that not always only material products with innovative aspects can win this award.

MitMensch! is an active and successful training and coaching partner for enterprises since 1996, independently of industry or region. MitMensch! concepts and realises seminars, coachings, workshops and other meetings for customers from Germany and foreign countries. Medium-sized enterprises but also international enterprises belong to the customers of the training institute.

"MitMensch!" developed a three step concept, which is based on the changed need of enterprises and its employees. The competence training consists of three components: the "Personal Profiling Indoor", the "Experience and competence training outdoor" and the "Business content/transfer indoor".

Dr. Nicole Jeannine Lehmann: "With individual exercises, which guarantee participants a praxis transfer to everyday life in their enterprises and some interactive elements the participants decode their individual dominances of their behaviour and extend their own capacity to act".

Before concrete measures are planned, the enterprise evaluates the exact training need. Even if many enterprises can already show a quite exact situation analysis, a comprehensive ascertainment of need shows often also further aspects, which are not obvious at first sight. Lehmann: "To guarantee an optimal practice and use orientation we involve the participants already into the seminar conception actively. On the basis of the agreed seminar components and contents they have the possibility also in the apron of the seminar of specifying emphasis and of expressing desires or special requests ". Thus ensure "MitMensch!", that the seminars consider also the concrete needs of the participant and an accordingly high use for the working everyday life.

The coaches provide training concepts with the help of the results of the demand analysis in order to create designs and transfer possibilities, which correspond to the individual needs of the individual enterprises, employee and basic conditions optimally. All results, which are developed during the seminars or meetings, are arranged in a digital result documentation. Thereby is guaranteed that important ideas and aspects are also afterwards still present and can be used and developed in the enterprises.

March 2004 - Support for children and young person.

MitMensch! has a good tradition for Christmas time: Instead of the common presents we "only" send individually arranged greetings to our customers and cooperation partners. So we can save the money for our charity projects. The budget of Christmas 2003 supports two projects. Both projects have the promotion and support of children and young person in their focus.

Spende
Already last year we supported an association in Tschernobyl, which promotes children and young people, who suffer from the late sequences of the reactor accident of 1986. Cure stays are organised in Germany, to promote positively the development of the children. The boys and girls in the age of 8 between 10 receive additionally vitamin and nutrient-rich food and they have the possibility of playing outside, that is still harmful in their home country. In the summer 2004 again a group of 40 children is going to visit Germany for six weeks. On this occasion also a personal meeting between the MitMensch! Trainers and the children is taken into account, in order to hand over the donation personally.

August 2003 - Donation for children from Tschernobyl

Do you remember the MitMensch! Christmas campaign in 2002? Instead of presents and other gifts we had decided to contribute our Christmas budget in equal parts for the flood-disaster in Grimma and a project of the AWO that cares for children in Tschernobyl.

On the occasion of a Tschernobyl group's stay in Germany Dr. Nicole J. Lehmann (MitMensch! Training•Coaching•Management GmbH) personally handed over a cheque for the registered charity in Tschernobyl.

News
The group during their recovery-stay in Germany.
The charity cares for children suffering from late effects of the nuclear disaster in Tschernobyl, as loss of sight, immune deficiency syndrome (the so-called Tschernobyl-aids), diabetes and thyroid complaints. In addition, many children grow up with only one parent or other relatives. Especially children coming from large families are the centre of the charity's attention, who has its seat in Minsk. For them the charity organises four-weeks-stays in Germany, France or Italy in order to recover. The catchment area for children taking part of the recovery-stays is about 450 km around Minsk. The whole organisation of the health cure-holidays is realised in co-operation with partner-charities (as the AWO Saarland), but mainly based on the voluntaries' engagement in White Russia.

News
Dr. Lehmann chatting with the organisers Tonja und Tanja.
Also 17 years after the accident the local situation especially for children is difficult. Playing outside, picking flowers, eating fruit and berries from trees and bushes is forbidden. Fruit and vegetables from foreign countries or non-contaminated regions are scarce and too expensive for large families. The local products are cheap and therefore many persons prefer them in spite of the contamination.

Almost all children in the region of Tschernobyl suffer from thyroid complaints, are very small and thin regarding their age group. In addition to the physical consequences they have to face also the economic ones. More than 90 % of the families have to live with a minimum of monthly aid or an orphan's allowance.

For this reason the charity organises every year health cure-holidays in foreign countries where the children have the possibility to recover. Playing outside and outings are part of the programme as well as lots of fruit, good meals and a healthy environment.

In August 2003 a group of 20 children (14 boys and 6 girls) spent four weeks in Kirkel. During a meeting with the group Dr. Lehmann from MitMensch! handed them over a cheque together with fruit and other useful things. Every child received several brand new pieces of clothing (trousers, pullovers, stockings). But as children like not only useful things they were very happy about the chocolate marshmallows, too.
