MitMensch! Training•Coaching•Management GmbH has been set up in 1996. Since then we are training and coaching partner for several companies and enterprises. Communication, interaction, leadership, team, personality and change competence as well as intercultural competence are the basis for our work.

Doing business with companies in all kinds of sectors, but strictly topic specific, we support international big enterprises and small medium enterprises just as competent and professional as small companies, trade and repair businesses, universities, educational institutions or non-profit organisations in varied fields of personal development processes.

Together with our customers we develop individual concepts, custom-fit created for concrete target groups and surrounding conditions. In order to put all our activities into practice as business and participant oriented as possible, we combine - according to the topics - indoor and outdoor elements.
