MitMensch! Training•Coaching•Management GmbH was founded in 1996. Since then we have been a training and coaching partner for several companies and enterprises. Communication, interaction, leadership, personality and team, change competence as well as intercultural competence are the basis for our work. Doing business with companies in various sectors of the economy, but strictly topic-oriented, we support big international companies and medium-sized enterprises of all sectors just as competent and professional as small companies, craft businesses, universities, educational institutions or non-profit organizations in varied fields of personnel development processes.

Together with our customers we develop individual concepts, ideally made for concrete target groups and basic conditions. In order to put all our activities into practice as businessand participant-oriented as possible, we combine - according to the topics - indoor and outdoor elements.
